Our client onboarding process includes the following steps: ​ 1. Initial contact and consultation: This is the first point of contact between the client and Vink Studio. During this stage, we will gather information about your business and marketing goals. 2. Proposal and contract: Based on the information gathered during the consultation, we will create a proposal outlining your recommended services and pricing. Once you agree to the proposal, a contract will be signed upon with an invoice. 3. Account setup and project kick-off: We will set up your account and begin working on the project. This may include creating a project plan, scheduling meetings, and assigning team members to the project. 4. Implementation and delivery: Vink Team will begin executing the project plan and delivering the agreed-upon services. This may include market research, strategy development, content creation, or advertising campaigns. 5. Ongoing monitoring and optimization: We monitor the results of the efforts and make adjustments as needed to ensure that your goals are being met. 6. Reporting and analysis: We provide regular reports (based on the project it could be weekly or monthly) to the client on the progress of the project and any key metrics. 7. Close of the project: Once the project is completed, we will review the results with you and make recommendations for next steps. 8. Continuation of services: If the client wishes to continue working with us, Vink Team will continue to provide the agreed-upon services on a retainer or project basis.
